Growth was soon to follow when the dilapidated, and nearly vacant, Gateway Shopping Center in Edwardsville, PA was purchased. After a complete multi million dollar restoration the Gateway became the main center for retail shopping in the area. Today our portfolio of properties includes 3 shopping centers across the region, boasting a combined total of nearly 500,000 sq ft.
